Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited is the State oil corporation which was established on April 1, 1977. In addition to its Exploration, Crude Storage and Marketing activities, the Corporation also has interest in Refining and Petrochemical Facilities in Nigeria. Alexis Refinery has established a partnership with NNPC for crude supply.
Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board
Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is a government body responsible for growing and managing the Nigerian Content Development Fund. Another key function of NCDMB is to engage in targeted capacity building interventions to deepen indigenous capabilities in areas including human capital development, infrastructure and facilities, manufactured materials, and local supplier development. In line with her objective of supporting qualified indigenous entrepreneurs, through funding, to profitably build modular refineries that meet internationally accepted environmental standards, NCDMB has made commitments in Alexis Refinery as an equity holding partner.

Delta State is one of the foremost Oil Producing States in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. The State with its Capital at Asaba, is located in the South-South geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The current administration led by H.E Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has made a strategic investment decision for the Alexis Refinery, hinged on the SMART Agenda of the administration which focuses on wealth creation, peace building, security, urban renewal, human capital development, affordable and quality health, agriculture and industrialization. The Delta State Government is the Host and Equity Holding Partners to Alexis Refinery Limited.
